This project was published under the name "Dior's Builds" until 4 August 2026. The change of name did not change the author, the copyright holder, the licensed work, or the third-party attributions recorded below. LICENSE §18 states the position in full; both names are Brand Assets under LICENSE §1.5.
This file records (1) the third-party software Dioreo depends on and the licenses that govern it, (2) third-party trademarks referenced by the project, and (3) a disclosure of AI assistance in authoring the project.
This file is required reading alongside LICENSE. Nothing in LICENSE restricts, enlarges, or otherwise varies your rights in any third-party component listed below — those components are licensed to you by their own licensors, on their own terms.
DIRECT DEPENDENCIES¶
Runtime dependencies, as declared in package.json:
Copyright (c) discord.js contributors
See Section 2 — Apache-2.0 obligations
Copyright (c) Scott Motte and contributors
Development dependencies:
Copyright (c) SheetJS LLC
See Section 2 — Apache-2.0 obligations Not used at runtime; required only by scripts/migrateBuildsToMongo.js.
Vendored web assets, served from public/assets/:
These are not npm dependencies and do not appear in package.json. They are committed to this repository and served from our own origin by the published website. That is deliberate: the Privacy Policy is published on the same origin and states what is collected, and loading a font or a script from a third-party CDN would disclose every visitor's IP address to that third party without the policy saying so.

APACHE LICENSE 2.0 OBLIGATIONS¶
discord.js and xlsx are licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. If you redistribute this project or any work containing those components, Apache-2.0 §4 requires you to:
- (a) give recipients a copy of the Apache License 2.0;
- (b) retain all copyright, patent, trademark, and attribution notices;
- (c) state prominently that you changed any Apache-licensed file, if you did; and
- (d) include the contents of any NOTICE file distributed with those works.
The full Apache License 2.0 text is available at:
http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0
The authoritative license text and any NOTICE file for each component ship inside that package's own directory under node_modules/.
Note that LICENSE §4.2 prohibits you from redistributing Dioreo in any event. This section exists because the obligation attaches to the upstream components independently of what the Licensor permits, and because a GitHub fork places a copy in your hands.
TRANSITIVE DEPENDENCIES¶
The installed dependency tree resolves to 127 top-level packages under node_modules/, distributed across these licenses:
90 MIT 19 Apache-2.0 9 ISC 2 BSD-2-Clause 2 BSD-3-Clause 2 (unspecified in package metadata) 1 MIT AND Zlib 1 BlueOak-1.0.0 1 0BSD
No copyleft or reciprocal license (GPL, AGPL, LGPL, MPL, EUPL, CDDL, or SSPL) is present anywhere in the tree.
That matters: a reciprocal license in the dependency graph could oblige the Licensor to publish source under terms incompatible with the source-available model in LICENSE. This tree carries no such obligation. Re-verify after adding any dependency.
Counts measured 2026-07-28 21:36 EDT against the committed package-lock.json. They will drift as dependencies change; regenerate rather than trusting the numbers above. Authoritative per-package license text lives in each package's own directory under node_modules/.
PLATFORM AND SERVICE PROVIDERS¶
Dioreo interoperates with, and depends on, services operated by third parties. Their terms govern their services, not this LICENSE.

THIRD-PARTY CREATIVE ASSETS¶
EMOJI¶
Some custom emoji used in the Bot's interface were created by third-party artists and obtained through emoji.gg. With thanks:
tofooo https://emoji.gg/user/tofooo
LICENSE TIER — CONFIRMED. These emoji carry emoji.gg's **Basic License**:
"This license grants you permission to use this emoji on Discord, Slack and any other platform where the user is not charged for access to the emoji."
The Bot satisfies this: it is distributed free of charge, has no paid tier, no subscription, and no in-app purchase, so no user is ever charged for access to these emoji. The Licensor additionally credits the creator (not strictly required by the Basic License, but given regardless), claims no ownership, and does not redistribute them as standalone assets. See emoji.gg's terms (https://emoji.gg/terms) and license reference (https://emoji.gg/licenses).
>> STANDING CONSTRAINT — READ BEFORE MONETISING. The Basic License is >> conditional on users not being charged for access. If the Bot ever >> introduces a paid tier, subscription, or any paywall, the license no longer >> covers this use and these emoji MUST be replaced or separately licensed >> first. This is a real limit on the project's commercial options, not a >> formality. It is cross-referenced in TERMS.md §4.2 (the Bot is free).
Creators whose work appears here and who want different attribution, or removal, should email harkirat117@gmail.com. Requests are actioned promptly.
OTHER VISUAL MATERIAL¶
Game imagery, weapon renders, and screenshots displayed by the Bot are covered by Section 5 below and remain the property of their respective owners.
TRADEMARK ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS¶
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in this project or in its output are the property of their respective owners. Their use here is nominative — for identification and reference only — and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or any commercial relationship.
This section acknowledges THIRD-PARTY marks. The Dioreo name and the Dioreo logo are the Licensor's OWN marks, not third-party ones — they are Brand Assets under LICENSE §1.5, unregistered and asserted under common law rather than by registration. They are not listed below for that reason: this is a list of what belongs to others, not a claim about what belongs to the Licensor.

DIOREO IS AN UNOFFICIAL, NON-COMMERCIAL FAN PROJECT. IT IS NOT DEVELOPED, PUBLISHED, LICENSED, ENDORSED, SPONSORED BY, OR AFFILIATED WITH ACTIVISION PUBLISHING, INC., TiMi STUDIO GROUP, TENCENT, GARENA, VNG GAMES, DISCORD INC., OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES.
CROSSOVER AND COLLABORATION CONTENT
Call of Duty: Mobile regularly features licensed content from third-party rights holders unconnected to this project -- crossover seasons, guest characters, themed blueprints, and tie-in events drawn from films, television, comics, music, anime, sports, and other franchises. Where this project names, describes, dates, or lists such content:
- Those characters, titles, logos, likenesses, and designs are the property of their OWN respective rights holders, who are typically not Activision, TiMi Studio Group, Tencent, or any of the publishers named above.
- The Licensor is not affiliated with, licensed by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those rights holders either. The disclaimer above extends to every one of them.
- The takedown address below is open to ANY rights holder, not only the game's publishers.
Individual collaborations are deliberately NOT enumerated here. Any such list would be stale within a season, and a stale list of third-party marks implies a vetting process that does not exist. This acknowledgement is written to cover every collaboration -- past, current, and future -- without revision.
Other companies' own copyright notices (the "(C)/(TM)/(R) [YEAR] [COMPANY]. All Rights Reserved." blocks carried by the game and by officially licensed products) are deliberately NOT reproduced here. Those are published by rights holders and their licensees to assert THEIR rights under THEIR licence agreements; the Licensor holds no such licence, and reproducing them would misrepresent the relationship. Their rights are acknowledged instead. See TERMS.md section 7.3 for the user-facing statement of this position.
Weapon names, attachment names, item names, in-game imagery, screenshots, and other game content displayed by this project remain the property of their respective owners. The Licensor claims no ownership of that material and grants no rights in it. It is reproduced for identification, commentary, and reference in a manner believed to constitute fair dealing under the Copyright Act (Canada) and fair use under 17 U.S.C. § 107.
Rights holders: to request removal of any material, email harkirat117@gmail.com. Requests are actioned promptly.
AI ASSISTANCE DISCLOSURE¶
Portions of Dioreo — including source code, documentation, and these legal documents — were authored with the assistance of AI coding assistants, principally Claude (Anthropic PBC), used as a drafting and implementation tool under the continuous direction of the human author.
This disclosure is made deliberately, for three reasons.
HONESTY.¶
Anyone reading, auditing, or contributing to this project is entitled to know how it was built.
COPYRIGHT.¶
The enforceability of LICENSE depends on copyright subsisting in this work. The position in the United States, as set out by the Copyright Office and left undisturbed when the Supreme Court denied certiorari on 2 March 2026, is that:
- material generated autonomously by AI, without human creative control, is NOT protected by copyright; but
- a work is protected where a human exercised meaningful creative control over its expressive elements, and AI-assisted works are copyrightable to the extent of that human contribution.
Accordingly, the Licensor states affirmatively that throughout this project a human author (Harkirat Mangat) conceived the project and its features; specified requirements and behaviour; directed, reviewed, selected, rejected, corrected, and revised all generated output; determined the architecture, structure, sequence, and organisation of the codebase; and personally researched, selected, verified, arranged, and curated the game data compilations. The creative choices that give this work its expressive character are human choices.
Nothing in this disclosure is an admission that any part of the work lacks copyright protection, and no waiver of any right is intended or should be inferred.
NO USER DATA IS SENT TO AI SYSTEMS.¶
AI assistance was used in *development*. It is not used to process end-user data at runtime. The only AI call in the running application is Google Vertex AI (Gemini) image-to-text extraction in the /autobuild command, which is restricted to the administrator's own Discord account and never receives end-user data, messages, or images. See PRIVACY.md §5.1.
THE LOGO.¶
The Dioreo logo (the mascot-and-wordmark mark displayed in the site header and app icon, `public/assets/dioreo-logo.webp`) was produced the same way as the rest of this disclosure describes: AI image generation (Gemini) was directed and prompted by the human author, who then selected, cropped, composited, and finished the published result. The same §6.2 analysis applies to it — selecting among generated candidates, arranging the composition, and finishing the published file are the human author's creative contributions, and it is a Brand Asset under LICENSE §1.5 on the same footing as the Dioreo name itself.
LICENSE §4.7 separately prohibits YOU from using this project, its data, or its output to train or otherwise feed any AI or machine-learning system. That prohibition is unaffected by the Licensor's own use of AI tooling in development.
CONTRIBUTIONS¶
Contributions from third parties are governed by LICENSE §5 and CONTRIBUTING.md. Contributors are credited in CONTRIBUTORS.md and in the changelog entry for the release in which their contribution first ships. Credit is a binding obligation of the Licensor under LICENSE §5.6, not a courtesy.
